Sometimes, gear doesn’t fit right, or a part isn’t what you envisioned for your setup. No worries. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward, fair, and respectful of your time, just like we respect the concrete.
Whether you’re a detail-oriented builder who ordered the wrong bushing durometer, a style-conscious rider whose new beanie doesn’t fit the vibe, or a practical cruiser needing a different size backpack, we’ve got you covered.
The Basics: Our Policy
- Return/Exchange Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags and protective stickers attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was on our end (we sent the wrong item or a defective product).
⚠️ Items We Cannot Accept for Return
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products, unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Beanies & Clothing (Hats, Apparel): Due to their personal nature and hygiene considerations.
- Bearings & Bearing Lube/Cleaner: Once opened or used, performance and safety cannot be guaranteed.
- Bushings: As they are subject to immediate wear and compression upon installation.
- Opened or Used Products: Any product that shows signs of assembly, riding, or wear and tear.
- Custom or Sale Items: Clearly marked as final sale.
Tip for Builders: Double-check your truck size and preferred durometer before ordering bushings and bearings!
🛡️ Security Note: Just like we handle your payment info with bank-level encryption, we’ll process your refund securely back to your original payment method. We never store your financial details.
Step-by-Step: How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Get in Touch (Within 15 Days)
Email our support crew at [email protected] with your request. Use the template below to make sure you give us all the info we need to help you fast.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization & Instructions
We’ll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days (matching our order processing speed). We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Do not send anything back without an RMA number.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your receipt or the RMA email inside the package. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx) and keeping your tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.
Step 4: We Process & You Get Sorted
- For Returns: Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll initiate your refund.
- For Exchanges: After inspection, we’ll ship out your replacement item. If the replacement is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it’s lower, we’ll refund the difference.
Refunds: Timing & Method
We move fast, but financial institutions sometimes take a moment to catch up.
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days after we approve your refund for it to appear in your account. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot refund to a different card or account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Items
Received a deck with a pressure crack, trucks that won’t pivot, or a backpack with a faulty zipper? That’s not the quality we stand for.
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/video of the defect or damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed and get you a replacement or refund ASAP—no hassle.
International Returns (Outside Canada)
We ship globally (except Asia and some remote areas), and we accept returns from our international riders. The process is the same, but please note:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes on the returned goods.
- Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase.
