🚚 Getting Your Gear: Shipping Policy

We know you want your new deck, trucks, or apparel ASAP. We process orders fast and ship globally (except to Asia and a few remote areas—sorry!).

Order Processing

Once you hit “buy,” our crew gets to work. We’ll process your order and get it packed and out the door in 1-2 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping Options & Times

We offer two ways to roll, depending on your need for speed:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95 CAD. Your gear will arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our shop in Hamilton. The reliable choice for most riders.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50 CAD. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipment. Perfect for the patient builder planning their next setup.

Note: “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can vary slightly based on your location and customs processing.

International Riders

We ship worldwide (except Asia and some remote areas). You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.

↩️ The Straightforward Stuff: Returns & Exchanges

Ordered the wrong bushing durometer? New beanie doesn’t fit the vibe? No stress. Our policy is designed to be fair and respectful of your time, just like we respect the concrete.

The Basics You Need to Know

  • Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags and protective stickers attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Have your order number or receipt ready.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is on you, unless we messed up (sent the wrong item or a defective product).

⚠️ Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following, unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Beanies & Clothing (Hats, Apparel): Due to their personal nature.
  • Bearings & Bearing Lube/Cleaner: Once opened, performance and safety can’t be guaranteed.
  • Bushings: They experience immediate wear and compression once installed.
  • Any opened or used product showing signs of assembly, riding, or wear.
  • Custom or Final Sale items (clearly marked).
Pro Tip for Builders: Double-check your truck size and preferred durometer before ordering bushings and bearings!

Just like we handle your payment with bank-level encryption, we’ll process your refund securely back to your original payment method. We never store your financial details.

📦 Step-by-Step: How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Get in Touch (Within 15 Days)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization & Instructions

We’ll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send anything back without an RMA number.

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your receipt or the RMA email inside the box.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • Ship your return to our Hamilton shop:

Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx) and keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.

Step 4: We Process & You Get Sorted

  • For Returns: Once we receive and inspect the item (within ~5 business days), we’ll initiate your refund.
  • For Exchanges: After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement. If it costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

💸 Refunds: Timing & Method

We move fast, but financial institutions sometimes take a moment to catch up.

  • Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days after we approve your refund for it to appear in your account. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot refund to a different card or account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔧 Defective or Damaged Items

Received a deck with a pressure crack, trucks that won’t pivot, or a backpack with a faulty zipper? That’s not the quality we stand for.

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/video of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed and get you a replacement or refund ASAP—no hassle.

🌍 International Returns (Outside Canada)

The process is the same, but please note:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes on the returned goods.
  • Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase.
